Rosemount High School offers more than 400 different trimester courses in eleven subject areas, along with a full range of special education courses, work program alternatives, career electives, a mentor program and Minnesota Post-Secondary Enrollment Option. These courses are designed to meet the needs of students across a broad range of abilities and post-high school aspirations.
RHS Newsweek AwardAmerica's Best High School ranking by Newsweek magazine. Newsweek magazine ranks Rosemount High School as one of the top schools in the nation for 2013 and one of the top schools in the nation for 2012. The ranking indicates a school has proven to be most effective in turning out college-ready grads and is based on graduation rate, college acceptance rate, AP/IB/AICE tests taken per student, average SAT/ACT scores, average AP/IB/AICE scores and percent of students enrolled in at least one AP/IB/AICE course.
